Retalix StorePoint provides a fully integrated food service solution for retailers managing any food service format - as a separate quick service concept, as an extension to consumer ordering kiosk, or as a sit-down restaurant. Retalix StorePoint provides an integrated fuel sales and forecourt control solution, complete from the POS through forecourt services, dry and wet stock management, fuel sales reconciliation, competitors pricing, island sales and cross-promotions for loyalty programs. Retalix StorePoint interfaces forecourt controllers to monitor and control forecourt devices (such as tank monitoring systems,price poles and car wash machines) and provide for integrated forecourt operations. Online Desk for Central Monitoring
An online web-based dashboard solution is an enterprise level solution, fully integrated with Retalix StorePoint, offering central monitoring of store events and alerts, forecourt HW and SW activity and provides process check-points and wet stock levels. The Online Desk displays and reports real-time site-level performance, produces demand forecasts, and recommends orders for wet-stock inventories to feed third party dispatch systems.
Office Management
Retalix StorePoint Office is a comprehensive tool for managing the site, providing management of item catalog, pricing, cash, dry and wet stock (including ordering,receiving, stock taking), QSR support (product trees, production planning, waste management), forecourt configuration and monitoring, in-house accounts and labor tracking. Retalix PocketOffice (RPO) is a suite of mobile applications designed for open, graphically rich hand-held devices, allowing the store employee to perform key POS monitoring and stock managementfunctions while moving freely in the store, and being closer to the customer. Fully integrated with Retalix StorePoint Office, and based on standard GUI platforms, Retalix PocketOffice provides user-friendly workflows for stock counts,ordering and receiving (for both dry and wet stock) and price verification.
Self Service Ordering Kiosk
Retalix SelfServe is a customer-operated ordering station for any type of prepared foods. This self-activated and animated terminal allows customers to build their own food orders via intuitive, graphic touch screen and audio, offering multiple options in simple guided steps. Customer orders are sent to the kitchen monitors and printers for preparation, and then picked up and paid for at the POS, with the unique capability to automatically recall the order at the POS for faster throughput and increased accuracy.
Central HQ for Chain Management
Retalix HQ Convenience is an enterpriselevel browser-based solution, fully integrated with Retalix StorePoint store systems, providing functions of store grouping and store management, items, price and promotion management, specialized QSR (such as product trees and modifiers) and fuel items support, with a wide set of reports and analysis capabilities.
